Below are few of the M Life frequently asked question post COVID-19 reopening. My Points and/or Express Comps will expire because I’m not able to visit when you are closed. What should I do?
All scheduled Points or Express Comps expirations have been paused until at least September 30, 2020. Will M Life change its Tier Credits earning requirements?
Yes. The Tier Credits required to achieve Pearl, Gold and Platinum M life Rewards tier status have temporarily changed for the earning year of October 1, 2019 through December 31, 2020. Below are the modifications to each status:
Pearl: Now 20,000 Tier Credits (was 25,000 Tier Credits)
Gold: Now 60,000 Tier Credits (was 75,000 Tier Credits)
Platinum: Now 160,000 Tier Credits (was 200,000 Tier Credits)
The status you earn over this period will be valid between February 1, 2021 and January 31, 2022. Are the changes to Tier Credits required to achieve Pearl, Gold and Platinum permanent?
No, the Tier Credit adjustments are temporary and only apply to earning between October 1, 2019 through December 31, 2020 for the benefit year of February 1, 2021 through January 31, 2022.
On January 1, 2021, Tier Credits required for Pearl, Gold and Platinum will return to their normal levels of: Pearl = 25,000, Gold = 75,000 and Platinum = 200,000 for the January 1, 2021 – December 31, 2021 earning year for Tier Status & Benefit Year of February 1, 2022 through January 31, 2023. I had offers that were valid during the COVID-19 closure. Will those be honored after you reopen? What about those that I miss?
Certain M life Rewards offers like promotions, events, and entertainment will expire or be canceled during the time we are closed. M Life is working on rescheduling those and other offers, and will communicate new dates to you soon.
